We brought Lisa on board over two years ago to help address the growing conflicts between staff members and overhaul our internal HR processes, which were becoming unworkable as the company expanded from a team of 5 to 35 in just 4 years. Lisa began by conducting a thorough HR audit, which helped us pinpoint key areas for improvement. This allowed us to implement targeted improvements in both our processes and management practices.

One key improvement was organising management training for our senior staff. Not only did this boost managers' confidence, enabling them to manage their teams more independently, but also improved the experience for junior staff by fostering clearer communication and better support.
